Getting Started the eZ way
- Simply start your casino software and select "Real Money".
- Accept the prompt to combine all your current Grand Privé accounts.
- A list of all Grand Privé casinos will appear, with the casinos that were detected on your pc already selected. Should you have an account at a Grand Privé casino that is not selected, please select it from the list.
- Following your selection, the pc will select your most likely Default Casino and display it. This is merely the next step in the process - it is of no consequence if the selected casino is not your usual preference.
- You will now experience any of the two, or a combination of the following, scenarios in consolidating your accounts:
- Should your pc not be able to automatically detect your account number, the following will happen:
- You will be required to fill in both the user account and password field and then click on the SHOW DETAILS tab.
- Your account details for the selected casino will appear on the screen.
- Please select combine account and confirm by clicking on the button.
- Your casino will be added and your next casino for consolidation.
- In the event of your PC automatically picking up an account following steps will be required:
- Your account details will appear (you might be required to enter your password again).
- Select to combine your account and confirm by clicking on the button.
- The player selects combine account and clicks on Combine Account.
- Your casino will be added and your next casino for consolidation.
Once you have combined your accounts, you will be prompted to select the e-mail address that will serve as your sign-in name. Simply click on your preferred address and enter a new password. For verification purposes, you will be required to enter your password twice.
Click on the Finish tab and consider yourself part of the future!
